The relaxed dresses and blouses are made from natural high quality fabrics and materials such as linen with rich embroidery varying from soft tones to contrasting metallic threads. The designs are heavily inspired by nature with inspiration coming from the Greek islands, powerful sunlight, the wind and the Mediterranean sea. The brand has been named after ancient Greek statues depicting beautiful female figures known as ‘Kores’ who were almost always standing in a forward pose with one hand pulling their dress as if not to step on it. This new season at Rio Brazil we bring you the ‘Lindos’ collection by Greek Archaic Kori. The collection consists of dresses and blouses in natural linen fabrics embroidered with contrasting paisley, geometric and feather designs – which is a signature for the brand. This season Kori also brings us some beautiful broidery anglaise sleeve detailing with soft tones and metallic threads varying throughout the collection. There is something for everybody with dress designs in mini, midi and maxi length and blouses for those who prefer to wear shorts or culottes in the sun. The blouses can be styled over denim jeans or shorts like our ‘Noella’ by Paige. Kori is a summer must-have because of the versatility and ease of the designs with the use of natural fabrics that are lightweight and breathable.
