Danish lifestyle brand Rains is new to Rio Brazil this Autumn and we can’t wait to show you more! Specialising in contemporary outerwear, Rains brings us a collection of waterproof bags and jackets that tick every box when it comes to versatility and practicality. The brand is known for its conceptual-meets-functional design approach with a minimal, urban aesthetic that can be blended into any outfit. Rains began in Denmark in 2012 when designers Philip Lotko and Daniel Hesselager brainstormed a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic raincoat “to enjoy yourself even on rainy days” inspired by typical cloudy Scandinavian weather. Lotko and Hasselager wanted to challenge traditional rainwear perceptions and create a brand that would give wearers the opportunity to display their personal style even when the weather gets in the way.

The brand has a strong urban inspiration and is known mainly for their signature coated waterproof fabric and ultrasonically welded seams which they continue to use across their outerwear and bag designs.
